Micasense RedEdge-P dual
Sku:
Doubles the potential of analysis, vegetation mapping water body analysis and species identification

TEN MULTISPECTRAL BANDS
High-resolution multispectral and RGB composite drone sensor for plant classification, weed identification, environmental research and conservation, and water body vegetation analysis. Dual RedEdge-P bands cover the Landsat 8 and Sentinel-2 satellite bands with improved spatial resolution.
KEY FEATURES |
Panchromatic band for better resolution |
|
Micasense RedEdge-Pdual allows simultaneous capture of up to 10 bands, enabling multiple high-resolution outputs such as RGB, crop vigor indices and composites (NDVI, NDRE, CIR) and high-resolution panchromatic. The images obtained offer a pan-refined resolution of 2 cm/pixel at 60 m, thanks also to a 5.1 MP panchromatic sensor and a coastal blue band. In addition, the drone is capable of capturing up to 3 images per second thanks to its global shutter that produces distortion-free images. Double calibration with the included DLS and CRP reflectance panel ensures further accuracy of the collected data.

ULTRA HIGH RESOLUTION, UNLIMITED ANALYTICAL CAPABILITIES |
COASTAL BLUE BANDThe Operational Land Imager Band 1 or coastal blue (0.433-0.453 μm) is useful for imaging shallow water and for tracking fine atmospheric particles such as dust and smoke. |
DEEP-SEA IMAGING
|
The MicaSense Altum-PT captures synchronized multispectral, thermal, and panchromatic data for pixel-aligned outputs at incredibly high resolutions. The capture of these bands happens simultaneously, eliminating the need for data alignment in post-processing.

PLUMES OF SMOKE, ATMOSPHERIC HAZE AND CLOUDS
With this technology, the separation of clouds from snow and rock will also be easy and immediate because the spectral signature of haze and fine clouds is highly sensitive to blue and red wavelengths and therefore easily identifiable and isolated. The blue band is ideal for detecting plumes of smoke because shorter wavelengths are more easily dispersed by smaller particles.
